Presented by ASPAC, Oval Community Day is a free community event that celebrates Richmond’s dedication to sport, fitness and wellness; filled with family-friendly activities, sport demonstrations, tournaments, and so much more!
Obstacle Course
Climb, jump, crawl, dodge, and hurdle your way through two obstacle courses. One 90 foot inflatable obstacle course and one available for all ages.

Sport Try-Its & Demos
Watch groups showcase their sports, including wheelchair basketball, fencing, and skateboarding—one of the newest Olympic Sports. Attendees of all ages can try out a range of activities, including wheelchair basketball, obstacle courses, surfing, fastest pitch, and more.
Nostalgic Selfie Stations
Take a photo on the podium with replica medals and torches.

3x3 Basketball Tournament
In partnership with Can3X Basketball, the 3x3 Summerfest returns to the Oval! Participating in this tournament requires pre-registration.
Live Performances & Family Zumba
Join us at the performance area for a fun family Zumba session led by our fitness team, plus live music from RocknBeau and an exciting CircusWest performance.
